Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC announces that it was today informed that on 20 May 2011 John Russell, Group Chief Executive, purchased 44,247 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 56½p per share.
Following this transaction, John Russell holds 44,247 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.15 % of the current issued ordinary share capital.
The shares were purchased in connection with John Russell's participation in an award made to him on 17 May 2011 under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan 2011.
