The Management Board of ZETKAMA SA headquartered in Ścinawka Średnia in accordance with § 34 sec. 1points 2 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state informs that today it learned about the release on 6 April 2016 by the Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA of Resolution No. 328/2016 concerning the admission and the introduction to exchange trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 1.772.704 (one million seven hundred seventy-two thousand seven hundred and four) ordinary bearer shares of series F of ZETKAMA SA, with a nominal value of 0,20 zł (twenty groszy) per share.

In accordance with § 38 sec. 1 and 3 of the Stock Exchange Regulations, the Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA decided to enter from 11 April 2016 in an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the shares of the above mentioned company ZETKAMA SA provided that the National Depository for Securities SA on 11 April 2016. registration of the shares and coded as "PLZTKMA00017".

Resolution of the Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA entered into force on the date of adoption.
