Vesting of LTIP awards
Manx Telecom plc (the 'Company') announces that it has issued 778,012 new ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ('New Ordinary Shares'). The New Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to vesting of awards under the Manx Long Term Incentive Plan and the exercise of options under the Manx SAYE Scheme and Manx Shadow SAYE Scheme.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00 a.m. on 7 May 2019. The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital and total number of voting rights will be 115,872,475 Ordinary Shares.
Capitalised terms in this announcement, unless otherwise defined, have the meaning given to them in the Scheme Document posted to shareholders on 29 March 2019.
