Acquisition of Ordinary Shares in BCA Marketplace plc

The Company announces that on 18 May and 19 May, Marwyn Value Investors II LP, in which the Company's Ordinary shares are indirectly invested via the Master Fund, acquired an additional 11,562,524 ordinary shares of BCA Marketplace plc ('BCA'), at an average price per share of 205.4p. Following the acquisition, funds managed by Marwyn Asset Management Limited will own 4.17 per cent of the issued share capital of BCA, of which the Company will indirectly hold approximately 3.22 per cent of the issued share capital of BCA.

BCA owns and operates Europe's largest used vehicle marketplace, providing physical and digital auctions as well as managed vehicle services to automotive manufacturers and major fleet operators. BCA also owns WeBuyAnyCar.com, the UK's leading car buying service.
