DIRECTORS COMMENTARY TO APPENDIX 4C REPORT FOR THE QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2012
Cash continued to be invested during the quarter on inventory
build for the new MetaMizer 240 SSS clinical waste
remediation devices, ahead of anticipated sales, and key
activities behind the development of the SunnyWipes
professional range, including the new Antimicrobial Surgical
Hand Rub and associated costs for intellectual property
protection.
These activities were funded by drawdowns of $600,000 from
the La Jolla Convertible Note facility. Debt was reduced by
$453,600 through conversions of debt into equity under the La
Jolla facility.
