With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform you that the Twelfth Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Mercator Limited (Corporate Debtor) was held on Thursday, 27 January 2022 at 2:00 P.M. IST, which after deliberations and discussions by the CoC members, was adjourned and now scheduled to be resumed on Thursday, 3 February 2022 at 3:00 P.M. IST, for which the intimation to the members of the CoC has been sent on 2 February 2022 via email.
