METALIKO RESOURCES LIMITED Metaliko Resources Limited (ASX: MKO) ('Metaliko' or the 'Company') confirms that the Company's 1 for 4 non-renounceable rights issue ('Rights Issue') closed at 5:00pm WST on 12 October 2015.
The Company gives notice of shortfall of subscriptions for its Rights Issue as follows:

Based upon Share Registry calculations, the total Shares available under the Rights Issue is 88,322,868 Shares leaving a shortfall of 53,121,774 Shares.
The Shortfall Shares will be dealt with in accordance with the Prospectus of 18 September 2015.
It is anticipated that the issue of the Shares noted above under the Rights Issue will occur on Monday, 19 October 2015 and that normal trading of the new shares will commence on Tuesday, 20 October 2015.
