METEORIC ACQUIRES EXTENSIVE GEOLOGICAL DATABASE

Acquisition price less than 8% of replacement cost, estimated value over $5 million

In excess of 1,000 technical documents obtained

Reprocessing & analysis of historical data underway, initial results expected within weeks

Historical data provides a fast tracked, multi-year advancement in technical program

Includes all available Geophysical, Geochemical and Structural data covering Belleterre-Angliers Greenstone Belt

Numerous drill ready targets identified and drilling program being scheduled

Meteoric Resource NL's ("Meteoric" or the "Company") recent pegging activity has expanded its land holding in the Baby Segment of the Belleterre-Angliers Greenstone Belt (BAG) to over 118 km. Meteoric is now the largest landholder in the greenstone belt which hosts the historical Belleterre Gold (1.1 Moz) and Lorraine Copper/Nickel Mines. Meteoric's expanded landholding now encompasses 24 of the 36 historical high priority EM targets identified by Falconbridge Limited and provides numerous drill ready targets.

To complement the expanding landholding the Company has negotiated to acquire a comprehensive database of raw technical information as well as geological interpretations covering the entire Belleterre-Angliers Greenstone Belt, with a value exceeding $5 million.

Reprocessing and analysis of the technical information has commenced with initial results expected within weeks. It is anticipated that a continual stream of results will be released to

  • Geotech 2004 - VTEM - La Force project

    AIRBORNE MAGNETIC
  • 4 Surveys (2001, 2002, 2004 x 2) - complete coverage of all project areas

  • Conducted by Aeroquest, Terrequest, Fugro and Geotech

    GROUND BASED EM SURVEYS
  • Aurora 2005 - Belleterre Segment of BAG

  • Lamontagne 2003 - Ground HLEM - Geoffrey anomaly

    GROUND INDUCTIVE POLARISATION
  • Belanger Geophysics 1999 - Blondeau target - Belleterre Segment

    SOIL/ROCK CHIP GEOCHEMISTRY
  • Aurora Platinum 2001-2004 (9 programs) - Belleterre & Baby Segments of the BAG

  • Hinterland 2002 - Belleterre Segment

    MULTI-ELEMENT DRILL DATABASE
  • Including assays and downhole surveys for numerous drill programs

    Transaction Terms

The Company has entered into a binding sale and purchase agreement to acquire 100% of an extensive geological database. The consideration for the acquisition of the Data is as follows:
