JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT __________________________________________________________________________________

The board of directors (the "Board") of Midas Holdings Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refer to the court documents of the Dalian Intermediate People's Court of Liaoning Province (the "Court") dated 16 October 2018. Due to inability to service outstanding debts and multiple litigations, the Company's subsidiary, Dalian Huicheng Aluminium Co., Ltd. ("DLHC"), was forced to apply for bankruptcy restructuring. The Court has appointed King & Capital Law Firm Dalian Branch (北京京都（大连）律师事务所) as judicial manager to manage DLHC.

The Board will issue further announcements as appropriate, as and when there are any material developments in the matter.
