Sam Samarasinghe is a Consultant Engineer with nearly fifty (50) years experience. He had his education at University of Ceylon, Peradeniya and Imperial College, University of London. A member of a number of professional organizations in Sri Lanka and overseas. Nearly fifty (50) years experience as a consultant in Singapore, Malaysia, UK, Iran , Brunei and Sri Lanka.

Consultant to a number of private and public organizations in Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for over 25 years. Head of the Consultant Teams for a number of projects in South East Asia including Development of Holiday Resorts, Ports, Airports, Hotels, Golf Courses, High Rise Buildings, Office complexes, Reclamation, Beach protection, Highways, Warehousing etc. Responsible for introducing some of the modern concepts in Engineering and latest technology for the development of Singapore and Malaysia.
