This refers to the notice of the EOGM posted on PUCARS and disseminated to the shareholders on the 8th April 2024 regarding the scheduling of the EOGM of the company to hold the Director's Elections for the next term on the 30th April, 2024. It is informed that Proxy Forms (English and Urdu) are being uploaded on PUCARS for the facilitation of the shareholders.

In order to be effective, the proxy forms must be received at anum.ali@mitchells.com.pkor at the office of our share registrar not later than 48 Hours before the meeting, duly signed and stamped and witnessed by two persons with their names, addresses, CNIC numbers and signatures.

Further, Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 24th April 2024 to 30th April, 2024 (both days inclusive).
