MMA Capital Holdings, Inc. is an infrastructure finance company. The Company is focused on providing debt financing for renewable energy projects. Its objective is to produce attractive risk-adjusted returns by investing in the large, growing and fragmented renewable energy market in the United States (U.S.). In addition to renewable energy investments, it owns a limited number of bond investments and real estate-related investments, and it continue to have subordinated debt with beneficial economic terms.
