MOL Plc announced that effective 1 February 2019 the Executive Board, the company's main operative decision making body, ceased to exist in its former form and this role has been taken over by the Chief Executive Committee. The members of the newly formed governing body shall be the three executive board members: Mr. Zsolt Hernádi (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. József Molnár (Group Chief Executive Officer) and Dr. Oszkár Világi (Executive Vice President of Group Innovative Businesses and Services). Accordingly, in relation to MOL Plc the members of the Board of Directors, the members of the Supervisory Board and Mr. József Simola (Group Chief Financial Officer) shall be considered as executive employees according to the Capital Market Act. Hereafter the members of the Board of Directors, the members of the Supervisory Board, József Simola (GCFO), Ferenc Horváth (EVP of Group Downstream), Dr. Berislav Gaso (EVP of Group Upstream), Péter Ratatics (MOL Hungary, COO), Gábriel Szabó (SLOVNAFT a.s., CEO) and Sándor Fasimon (President of INA MB) will be considered as persons discharging managerial responsibilities according to the Market Abuse Regulation.
