Motif Bio plc (AIM: MTFB) confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), Form of Proxy and, where relevant, a letter notifying shareholders who have consented to receiving electronic communications that the aforementioned documents are available on the Company website, have been posted to shareholders. The aforementioned documents, aside from the letter to shareholders, are available to download from the Company's website here: www.motifbio.com

The Company's AGM is to be held at 11am BST on 30 September 2020 at 201 Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT, United Kingdom.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 11am BST on 28 September 2020.
