Mpact Limited provided earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2012. The company expects its earnings to be 185 cents to 192 cents per share and headline earnings to be 184 cents to 191 cents per shares and underlying earnings to be 188 cents to 195 cents per share, to exceed the previous corresponding period by more than 20%. The increase in EPS over the comparable prior period is due to lower finance costs, as a result of net debt having been substantially reduced as part of the capital restructuring prior to listing in July 2011 as well as improved trading performance.
