Nautilus Minerals Inc. is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company operates through mineral property exploration in Australasia. Its exploration activity involves the search for deepwater copper and gold-rich seafloor massive sulphides in the western Pacific Ocean and nodule deposits in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The Company's principal project is the Solwara 1 Project in Papua New Guinea (PNG) in the Bismarck Sea.
