NEOS THERAPEUTICS, INC. Neos Therapeutics, Inc. announced the appointment of Messrs. Paul Edick and John Schmid to its Board of Directors. Mr. Edick is currently the Managing Partner of 3G Advisors, LLC.
From July 2010 until November 2014, Mr. Edick was the Chief Executive Officer of Durata Therapeutics. Mr. Schmid served as Chief Financial Officer of Auspex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from September 2013 until its sale to Teva Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in June 2015. Prior to that, he co-founded Trius Therapeutics, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer from June 2004 until its merger with Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in September 2013.
He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of Speak, Inc.
