The Form 10-Q was required to be filed with the Commission on August 14, 2012 in order to be timely filed. On August 17, 2012, the company received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that it was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) as a result of the late filing.
