The Company manages its properties by affiliates or subsidiaries of each of Holiday, Merrill Gardens LLC (Merrill Gardens), and Grace Management, Inc. (Grace). It also owns one continuing care retirement community (CCRCs) and lease this property under a triple net lease agreement to Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. (Watermark), a healthcare operating company.
