New Sparkle Roll International Group Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the automobiles distribution business. The Company operates through three segments. The Auto Dealership segment mainly engages in in the distribution of branded automobiles, including Bentley, Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce. The segment also provides related after-sale services. The Non-auto Dealership segment engages in the distribution of branded watches, jewelries, wines, audio equipment, menswear apparels and smokers’ accessories and cigars. The Property Management and Others segment engages in the provision of property management, catering, property rental, money lending, movie development and investment business.
