TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sep 14, 2015) - The board of directors of NexC Partners Corp. (the "Company" or "NexC") (TSX:NXC) has today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.155 per share on Class A shares, Class F shares and Class J shares of the Company. The dividend represents an increase of $0.015 per share or 10.7% over the prior quarter's dividend. Based on the September 11, 2015 closing market price of $10.16 per Class A share, the dividend represents an indicative annual yield of 6.10% per Class A share. The dividend is payable on October 7, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2015.

The dividends are designated as "eligible" Canadian dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial and territorial legislation.
