Vancouver - Nexco Resources Inc. (the 'Company' or 'Nexco') hereby announces the extension of the warrant expiry date for the holders of 4,019,500 warrants issued on April 16, 2019.

The new warrant expiry date is June 16, 2022. The Company also provides the following update on the Company's previously announced acquisition (the 'Transaction') of Soter Technologies, LLC ('Soter Technologies'). The Company and Soter Technologies continue to work towards completion of the Transaction and the Company expects to provide another update soon
