Reorganization Supports & Strengths NEXEYA's Growth Objectives

Over the course of the last 10 years NEXEYA has conducted a series of acquisitions, adding new products and services to the company's overall value added offering. NEXEYA's most recent acquisition, in February of this year (CableTest Technologies) established a physical presence and North American Head Office in Toronto, Canada for the European based company. With the rapid growth in Europe and now operations in North America, NEXEYA has taken an important step; the adoption of an integrated organizational model.
NEXEYA's multiple businesses are now restructured into five business lines that will provide the market with clearer access to our people, products and technologies. Each business line will be managed by a Global Business Line Leader that will oversee business development, marketing strategy, and client business conduct. The five business lines are:
Testing and Integration Solutions (TIS): systems for validation, testing and integration of embedded electronic and electrical equipment.
Mission Management Systems (MMS): mission control systems onboard aircraft or ships.
Power Conversion (PC): energy conversion and motor control systems.
Space Systems (SS): Flight parts for satellites and equipment for land-based hardware.
Customer Support (CS): assistance with system operation, maintenance under operational conditions and
treatment of obsolescence.
In addition to the development of the Global Business Lines, the support organizations within NEXEYA have been restructured to ensure that our customers, our markets and our business lines have the support required to continue delivering the products, services and support that have been paramount to our success.
Technical Directorate
Structured with a mandate to support customers, via the Business Lines, this group is also charged with driving innovation and increasing competitiveness through the development of world class practises. This directorate is responsible for product development and project and program management. The team is organized into four business divisions: systems architecture, electronics, electro-mechanics and software.
Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement Management
The Supply Chain Management Team pools NEXEYA's production resources, is responsible for the make-or-buy policy and for the management of the group's industrial partners.
The Continuous Improvement Management Team is tasked to drive improvement projects for the group, allowing it to remain at the highest level of excellence required by its clients and stakeholders.
Sales & Marketing Team
The Corporate Sales & Marketing Management team is restructured in three areas, enabling NEXEYA to build on its strengths.
The International Network: increased resources are in place to support the forty members of our
International Partner Network,
Digital Marketing: newly created, this department supports an increased digital presence for NEXEYA,
Strategic Account Management: a dedicated account management team has been established to strengthen NEXEYA's relations with clients.
This organizational change simplifies the NEXEYA structure by combining similar products and services, previously housed in different companies, into one organization. It is a living example of our vision; merging our talents.
As a result of the reorganization the ADAS and CONVERGY businesses will be merged into NEXEYA FRANCE
completing the formation of one global entity.
