NEXEYA is pleased to announce the acquisition of TECHSAT, recognized internationally for the development, integration, testing and maintenance of embedded aeronautical systems. The TECHSAT product offering and their engineering talents merge extremely well with NEXEYA's core competencies.
The acquisition of TECHSAT follows the recent purchase of CableTest Systems, NEXEYA's first North American acquisition. Together the two investments are examples of how NEXEYA is executing its international sales growth and technology acquisition strategy.
