ADJOURNMENT OF THE WINDING UP PETITION

This announcement is made by Nickel Resources International Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.25(1)(b) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

References are made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of the Company dated 19 August 2019, 9 October 2019, 31 October 2019, 27 November 2019, 4 December 2019, 9 December 2019 and 13 January 2020 in relation to, among other things, the Petition. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise specified.

As disclosed in the Company's announcement dated 13 January 2020, the Petition was scheduled to be heard before the Court yesterday. Nevertheless, the relevant court service in Hong Kong was suspended yesterday in light of the current novel coronavirus infection situation. Pursuant to a letter from the Court dated 6 February 2020, it is ordered that the hearing scheduled for yesterday be adjourned sine die with liberty to restore. Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company in relation to the Petition as and when appropriate.

At the request of the Company, trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2015 and will continue to be suspended until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in Shares or other relevant securities of the Company.
