VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors (the "Board") of Nickel Resources International Holdings Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to update the shareholders of the Company and the potential investors on the recent development of the Group.

On 30 June 2019, a launching ceremony of a sub-contracting factory with production capacity of approximately 500,000 tonnes per annum for the production of the Sorbite High Strength Stainless Structural Steel ("S600E"), which was invented by the Group with patents, was held in Henan province. Senior members of the local steel industry associations and other business associates also attended the ceremony.

The Board believes that S600E is entering into the mass production phase in providing a stable supply of special steel. By collecting royalty income from such products, the Group expects its financial position and operational performance will be strengthened.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the ordinary shares ("Shares") on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2015. The trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will continue to be suspended until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in Shares or other relevant securities of the Company.
