As of January 4, 2024, Radar Ventures Pvt Ltd announced that it has issued 1,790 Series B compulsorily convertible preference shares at an issue price of INR 5,21,191 for gross proceeds of INR 932,931,890 in its first tranche. The transaction was led by new investor, NX Global Innovation Fund, a fund managed by SBI Investment Co., Ltd. for INR 333,000,000. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Tiger Global Management, LLC for INR 187,100,000, Axilor Ventures Private Limited for INR 104,200,000 and new investors, Nippon Express Holdings,Inc. for INR 166,200,000, Arali Ventures LLP, Unikon Shipping Ventures for INR 143,200,000 cumulatively.
