Dividend Declaration Notice

Notice is hereby given that the board declared an interim dividend of ZWL 556 cents per share for the half year ended 30 June 2023 payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the Company. The ratio of allotment for the scrip dividend shall be zero point zero three three (0.033) shares for every one (1) ordinary share. The conversion price of the scrip dividend is ZWL 16,700 cents which was the market price as at 22 August 2023, being the date the directors approved the dividend. This dividend will be payable in full to all Shareholders of the Company registeredatthecloseofbusinesson22 September 2023.

The payment of the dividend will take place on or about 27 October 2023. The applicable shareholders' tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to the market day of 19 September 2023 and ex-dividend as from 20 September 2023.

The forms of election with the full details and terms of the scrip/cash dividend offer will be mailed to shareholders on 29 September 2023 and the last date of receiving the forms of election is 20 October 2023.

If the form of election has not been received by 20 October 2023, it will be assumed that the member has elected to receive cash.

Shareholders are requested to submit/update their mailing and banking details to the Transfer Secretaries and also immediately contact the Transfer Secretary should they not have received their dividend election forms by 13 October 2023 on the following contacts.
