Nmcn PLC Announces Resignation of Daniel Taylor as Chief Financial Officer

The Board of nmcn PLC announced that Daniel Taylor has declared his intention to stand down as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue alternative opportunities, under consideration, in related industries. He has indicated he intends to leave the Group by the end of the calendar year and a further announcement will be made once an appropriate leaving date has been agreed. The Board has already commenced the search for his replacement, with a view to making an appointment in preparation for the start of the 2021 Financial Period.
