Nok Airlines Public : Clarification regarding the Runway Excursion of flight DD108 from Don Mueang (Bangkok) to Chiang Rai

According to the flight DD108 from Don Mueang (Bangkok) to Chiang Rai skidded off the runway upon landing at Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport on 30 July 2022 at 21:06 hrs, Nok Air Public Company Limited ("the Company") regrets for the unexpected incident as well as any inconvenience may cause from the services of the Company, miscommunications and ambiguous information in the public media regarding the management and facilitation of the passengers on board the flight.

The Company strived to manage under emergency situations and strictly conducted remedial action following airline safety procedures with passenger safety as the priority. The Company shall provide measures best possible to help passengers minimizing any impact. The Company will also continue to fully cooperate with regulatory authorities on the investigation on the cause of the incident.

The Company is committed to bring the situation back to normal and resume the service as usual to all passengers as soon as possible. The Company truly apologizes for any inconvenience caused once again.
