Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc., Nomura Real Estate Office Fund, Inc., Inc. and Nomura Real Estate Residential Fund, Inc. have been preparing for the listing of the corporation incorporated through the consolidation-type merger on the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. ("TSE") after the consolidation-type merger agreement is approved by each investment corporations' general meeting of unitholders, and we hereby announce that approval for the listing on the REIT
