North River Resources plc ('North River' or the 'Company') Director HoldingsNorth River Resources, the AIM quoted resource company focused on the Namib Lead-Zinc Project in Namibia, announces that, further to this morning's admission of the shares issued under the Open Offer, the Greenstone Placing and the Shortfall Placing (as defined in the Company's announcement yesterday) (together the 'Phase One Fundraising'), the Directors have the following beneficial and non-beneficial shareholdings in the Company:

Mark Sawyer does not have any direct interest in the Ordinary Shares or any options over Ordinary Shares but is a founding partner of Greenstone. Greenstone also holds the Tranche One Notes (as defined in the Company's announcement yesterday), pursuant to the terms of the Greenstone Placing.
