Northland Appoints Johan Dagertun as CFO to Replace Eva Kaijser, Effective November 15, 2013

Northland Resources S.A. appointed Johan Dagertun as CFO. He will replace Eva Kaijser as Chief Financial Officer on November 15, 2013. Reference is made to the press release dated July 18, 2013, where Northland announced that CFO, Eva Kaijser, was leaving the Company at the end of 2013.

Northland has now appointed Johan Dagertun to replace her. Mr. Dagertun has held various positions in the Company since 2010. His current position in the Company is Deputy COO.

Northland Resources SE, formerly Northland Resources SA (Northland) is a development-stage mining company, with two principal projects in northern Sweden and Finland, which filed for bankruptcy. It is engaged exploration and development. The Kaunisvaara project is located in Northern Sweden, while the Hannukainen project is located across the border in northern Finland. The Kaunisvaara project consists of the two iron ore deposits Sahavaara and Tapuli, located approximately 100 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle in Norrbotten County, Sweden. Hannukainen is located in the Kolari district of northern Finland. The deposit in Hannukainen also contains copper and gold. Marjarova is an iron ore exploration target.
