Director retiring on 1 February 2013

Norton Gold Fields Limited (ASX: NGF) ("Norton") wishes to announce that Mr Tim Prowse has advised the Company that he will retire as a Director effective from 1 February 2013.
Mr Prowse has had a long association with Norton, being a founding director. Mr Prowse said that the Zijin takeover and management transition has been very effective and Norton is now well positioned to realise the corporate growth and gold production potential of its assets.
Mr Jinghe Chen, Norton's Chairman, said:
