Norton makes new appointments and moves to new offices
Norton Gold Fields Limited (ASX: NGF) ("Norton" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steven Thanh Phan as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Phan has more than 10 years of experience in financial management, reporting and advisory for Canadian and US publicly listed corporations, particularly in the mining sector. He previously held positions with professional services firms Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and KPMG in Canada and China, respectively. Prior to joining Norton Gold Fields Limited, he worked in a management role for Eldorado Gold Corporation, China region and was involved in the management of financial reporting, integration and implementation upon Eldorado's acquisition of Sino Gold Mining Limited.
Mr Phan's appointment takes effect immediately.
The Board of Norton wishes to acknowledge Ms Dané van Heerden for her contributions as
Acting Chief Financial Officer.
Norton is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Richard Jones as General Counsel and joint Company Secretary.
Mr Jones has held legal and company secretarial roles in his career, having worked in both private practice and in house on a range of corporate governance, transactional and operational matters.
Mr Jones' appointment takes effect immediately.

Ms Leni Stanley will remain as joint Company Secretary.
Norton advises that it has moved its principal place of business to Level 2, 16 Altona Street, West Perth, WA 6005.
Norton Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Dianmin Chen commented that moving its principal place of business would bring the corporate office closer to the Company's Paddington operations near Kalgoorlie.
"Having an office in Perth provides greater proximity to our primary operation, and eliminates any logistical aspects previously encountered when acting across different time zones."
The West Perth offices are temporary, as Norton is securing an office in the Perth CBD.
