Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. (LJSE:ZVTG) entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining 28.13% stake in Skupna pokojninska druzba, d. d., Ljubljana from Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d. on September 14, 2018. Nova Ljubljanska Banka will sell 9102 shares in Skupna pokojninska druzba in the transaction. As a result of the transaction, Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. (LJSE:ZVTG) will become the 100% owner of Skupna pokojninska druzba. The completion of the transaction is in 8 working days after signing of the agreement.
