-- QLT Inc. Analyst Notes On June 26, 2014, QLT Inc. (QLT) and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Auxilium) announced a definitive agreement under which Auxilium plans to merge with QLT. QLT stated that under the agreement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QLT will be merged with and into Auxilium and the Company will renamed to New Auxilium, and will remain incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
