UPDATE ON PRECAST OPERATIONS IN MALAYSIA
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of NSL Ltd. (the "Company" or "NSL") refers to its announcement dated 28 January 2021 on the temporary closure of its subsidiary Eastern Pretech Malaysia's precast factory in Seelong, Senai, Johor, Malaysia ("Seelong Factory").
The Board wishes to announce that Seelong Factory has resumed normal operations since 16th February 2021.
The Board will continue to monitor the evolving situation and will make the appropriate announcement(s) as and when there are material developments on this matter.
