Numis Corporation Plc Announces Board Changes

The Board of Numis Corporation Plc announced the appointment of Catherine James, as a Non-Executive Director to the Board. Catherine joins the Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee. Additionally, Numis announced the appointment of David Poutney and Marcus Chorley, both David and Marcus are statutory Directors of the trading entity, Numis Securities Limited.

The respective appointments take place with immediate effect. Catherine James is currently Head of Investor Relations of Diageo Plc where she has worked for the business since 1997. David Poutney joined Numis in 2001 and is Head of Corporate Broking.

Marcus Chorley joined Numis in 2008 and is Head of Equities.
