Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/AIM: NYO) has been notified that Resource Capital Fund V L.P. ('RCF')
sold a total of 20,000,000 ordinary shares in Nyota on 11 February 2015.
Following this disposal of shares RCF now holds 64,000,000 ordinary shares in Nyota representing
7.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
