Ohridska Banka, Societe Generale Group approves loans with credit life insurance, with decreased promotional interest rates*:
- Housingloan - interest rate from 4,75% fixed for the first 5 years;
- Cashmortgageloan - interest rate from 6,00% fixed for the first 3 years;
- Cashexpressloan - interest rate from 5,90% fixed for the first year;
- Compact loan for refinancing - interest rate from 6,00% fixed for the first 2 years.
The clients who apply for housing and mortgage loan with credit life insurance can choose between light package of insurance with which for 0,44% insurance premium covered is the risk of death as result of an accident and the full coverage package for credit life insurance, with which for 0,85% annual insurance premium, covered is the risk of death as result of an accident and illness, as well as the risk for total and irreversible loss of autonomy as result of an accident. Besides the for the applicants for housing and mortgage loan, the full coverage package is available for all other loan users.
Administrative costs for housing, cash express and compact loan are 0%**.
The promotional conditions are valid for all new applications for loan until 31 January 2016.
