promotion thus enabling its

housing loans; the

longest guaranteed fixed interest rate, with even a promotional decreased interest rate for the first three years; raising the highest level of serenity and transparency for the home buyers.

The new promotional offer "Plan for house with guaranteed fixed interest rates until 2030"

opportunity to its clients who will apply for the loan "Plan for Home 2030 " to choose between the two packages for life insurance as follows: the basic package for credit life insurance with an insurance premium of 0.44 % of the loan amount annually and the whole package for credit life insurance, with insurance premium of 0.85% of the loan amount annually.

With the promotion, customers of Ohridska Banka Societe Generale are confident and know exactly the amount of the installment. Therefore, for example, for a credit amount of 30,000 euros on 240 months, the monthly installment with credit life insurance during the first three years is 187 euros, and from the fourth to the fourteen year is guaranteed to be 217 euros per month.
