NEW YORK, Oct. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Motorcar Parts of America Inc. (NASD: MPAA) will replace OM Group Inc. (NYSE: OMG) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday, October 22. Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) is acquiring OM Group in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final conditions.

Motorcar Parts of America remanufactures, manufactures, and distributes automotive aftermarket parts. Headquartered in Torrance, CA, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Auto Parts & Equipment Sub-Industry index.
