OMV Petrol Ofisi : Disclosure regarding Put Option Application's Deadline

The controlling shareholder of our Company, OMV Aktiengesellschaft ("OMV AG") declared on 12 December 2014 that it will proceed with the squeeze-out of our Company's minority shareholders and the required transactions in line with the Communiqué on the Squeeze-Out and Put Option Rights (II-27.2) ("Communiqué") of the Capital Markets Board.
Our Company's minority shareholders who wished to exercise their put option right have delivered their requests to use the put option right within three months following the date of the public disclosure made by OMV AG on 12 December 2014 and such three months' period expired on 12 March 2015.
Within the three months' put option period between 12 December 2014 and 12 March
2015, 477 shareholders delivered their requests to use the option right for
14,410,202.542 shares in total (representing 2.495 % of the share capital) and such put option rights have been duly honored by payment of a total put price of
73,780,237.01 TL and thus the put option right implementation has been successfully completed.
