ORANGE BELGIUM S.A. In order to streamline the group corporate footprint and to improve efficiency the boards of directors of Orange Belgium and A3COM, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orange Belgium, have resolved to merge A3COM upstream into Orange Belgium. As a result of the merger, Orange Belgium will take over the shops currently operated by A3COM on existing arrangements.
As announced in the Merger Proposal, Orange Belgium offers the possibility to consult, download and print from the website documents and information referred to in article 12:51, §2 of the Code of companies and associations through the following link: /sites/default/files/general_documents/A3COM%20merger.zip
