The board of directors of the Company has noticed certain recent news report implying the Company is in talks with certain PRC mainland media operator for the sale of its cinema operations in Hong Kong. The Company is not in talks with any party and has no plans to sell its Hong Kong cinema operations. Shareholders and potential investors of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
