Orbis Gold : Board Appointment - Mr Kevin Tomlinson

 Mr Tomlinson is a senior mining executive with extensive experience in investment banking, equity markets and gold exploration/operations.

Orbis Gold Limited (Orbis) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kevin Tomlinson to the Board as an Independent Non-executive Director.
Mr Tomlinson is a seasoned resource sector professional with more than 30 years' experience in international investment banking, equity markets, exploration and mine operations including prior roles as the Head of Research for Hartleys Ltd, Director of Natural Resources for Williams de Broe, and Managing Director of Investment Banking for Stifel Nicolaus Weisel.
Orbis Gold Chairman John Bovard welcomed Mr Tomlinson's appointment as part of the Company's
transition from an explorer to a significant West African gold producer.

Mr Tomlinson is currently also a non-executive director of Centamin plc and Samco Gold, chairman of
Maudore Minerals, and deputy chairman of Besra Gold Inc.
Mr Tomlinson's appointment is effective on 10 April 2014 and he will be subject to re-election at the
Annual General Meeting to be held in November 2014.
