Vélizy and Meudon, France, 14 November 2012

Following the recent success of its tender offer, Osiatis now controls more than 96% of the share capital of ESR. The revitalisation phase of the business, which started in September, is gathering pace with the appointment of Jean-Luc Lemire, who will assume leadership of Osiatis' Infrastructure Professional Services (IPS) Business Unit. He was also appointed Deputy CEO of ESR. The purpose of this business unit is to develop business expertise in systems, networks and security for IT and telecom infrastructures.

"Jean-Luc's expertise, combined with ESR's and Osiatis' know-how should promptly make the IPS BU one of the highest performers in the Group", stated Osiatis' Joint Chairman, Jean-Maurice Fritsch.

"A few years ago, Jean-Luc had the opportunity to contribute to the development of ESR. The IT and Telecom sector holds no secrets for him, and we are therefore ready to develop this business immediately", stated Jean-Guy Barboteau, Chairman and CEO of ESR.

"At a time when companies face new usage patterns, IT departments need high added-value advice and support to make the best decisions and assist them in choosing the right technology", commented Osiatis' Joint Chairman, Bruno Grossi.

Jean-Luc Lemire's entire career has been in commercial and management roles for IT services companies.

Commencing in 1994 as Commercial Engineer with Cap Sesa Exploitation, a subsidiary of Cap Gemini, he then joined Transiciel where, from 1996 to 2004, he served in a number of successive roles, including Business Engineer, Agency Manager and Department Manager. In late 2004, he joined ESR as Account Manager responsible for, amongst others, the France Telecom and Bouygues Telecom accounts. From 2005 to 2012, he was Managing Director of Devoteam Solutions France, whose consultants offered the Group's leading services. He subsequently headed up Devoteam Belgium, where he oversaw the recovery of this entity and generated a new business momentum.

Jean-Luc is 44 years old and holds a Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales and Finance from the University of Paris VI.

Osiatis, one of the main French IT services companies, is recognised as a leader in infrastructure services: architecture consulting, engineering tools and Cloud transformation, production and work environment outsourcing, critical systems and networks maintenance.  In the application services market, the Group also addresses the specialised segment of infrastructure-related solutions: portals, collaboration, roaming, BI, etc.

The Group employs a workforce of more than 4,600 and is established in France, Austria, the Benelux countries, Spain and Brazil.
