Proventec plc (Alternext:ALPTC), the provider of specialist steam cleaning technologies, confirms that the special resolution to change the Company's name to OspreyFrank plc put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today was duly passed.
David Chestnutt, Chief Executive of Proventec Plc, said: "We are extremely pleased that the resolution has been duly passed and in due course the Company will commence trading as OspreyFrank."
