CBS Outdoor Americas Inc. will Change its Name to Outfront Media Inc

OUTFRONT Media Inc. is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company provides advertising space (displays) on out-of-home advertising structures and sites in the United States and Canada. The Company's inventory consists of billboard displays, which are primarily located on the most heavily traveled highways and roadways in top Nielsen Designated Market Areas (DMAs), and transit advertising displays operated under exclusive multi-year contracts with municipalities in large cities across the United States and Canada. The Company's portfolio provides its customers with a range of options, from national, brand-building campaigns to hyper-local campaigns. Its segments include U.S. Billboard and Transit, which is included in its U.S. Media reportable segment, and International. It has displays in approximately 25 markets in the United States and approximately 150 markets across the United States and Canada.
